Refund policy

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We know sometimes you change your mind and that’s ok. If you wish to return an item due to change of mind:

• A store credit will be provided for the purchase amount minus shipping costs
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
• Items must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
• Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at beauty@cygnetskin.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case by case basis and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
